Healthy Spices


Spices should be added to your diet daily to help your overall health:
  • Ground Cloves:  Very potent antioxidant, full of polyphenols, combats toxins and cell aging.  Eugenol in cloves is a platelet inhibitor, protects from blood clots; anti-cancer; slows cartilage damage.  Antiseptic; helps digestive problems.
