Morning Tonic

Here's a good way to start your day and help your overall health.

Mix the following ingredients in a glass jar;

Morning Tonic
  • 1/2 cup grape juice (clears arteries)
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice (boosts immune system)
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (flushes kidneys, prevents kidney stones and gallstones)
  • 2 tbsp of organic extra virgin olive oil (helps heart, liver, brain, digestive tract)
  • 2 tbsp of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar (stabilizes blood sugar, lowers LDL, and prevents acid reflux)
  • Pinch of Sea Salt (reduces blood pressure; alkalizes body; reduces appetite)
After all the ingredients have been added, screw on plastic top, shake vigorously, and enjoy.

By the way, this mixture is not for lightweights.
